All requests for regrades must be turned in within one week of the assignment being handed back. For example, if Exam 1 was returned Monday, 10/21. Requests for regrades on Exam 1 would need to be recieved by the end of class Monday, 10/28.
On a separate sheet of paper, write an explanation of why you believe you should be given more points than you were. You MUST NOT modify the original assignment. Staple or paperclip this explanation to the front of what you want regraded.
We will carefully examine the parts or problem(s) you specify. It is possible that we will agree with your request and raise your score. Be warned, though, that regrades may actually cause you to lose points if we discover that we failed to subtract sufficient points the first time. Please carefully consider this before making your request.
