(5/03/08)The HKN Final Exam review session will be on Wednesday, May 7th, 7-9pm, in 165 EL.

(5/02/08)Office hours for the week leading up to the Final exam will be held in 330N Everitt Lab at the following times:

(4/17/08)Your progress so far has been calculated in "Total" grade. It will be updated when new grades are entered. You should be able to check grade statistics.

(4/15/08)A newly updated mp4.2gold is posted. For the test cases we privided, the output won't be different from the old gold code. If you want to test the simulate function using the wordmaster or flowers, you need to put an new line character("enter") right after the "2" in the input file.

(4/10/08)We received many requests about missing MP2 TA interview. We want to emphasize the policy that you may change your slot at any time whenever the slots are available, but you will NOT be granted makeup interview after all slots are closed unless you send us a notice BEFORE your slot. Please contact Prof. Hutchinson directly for any question about this policy.

(4/10/08) A bug in the dump_memory function of mp4.2gold has been fixed, please download the latest version of the gold file!!

(4/1/08) Prof. Hutchinson will be out of town next Monday April 7th so his regular office hour on that day is canceled.

(3/27/08) Midterm 2 time and room assignment has been posted. You would be assigned to the same room as exam 1. Please check your schedule and arrange conflicts ASAP.

(3/26/08) Important changes to MP4. File names that used to be mp4 in checkpoint2 should be changed to mp4.2, including the base file, the header file and the handout. Please download the latest version of the files and modify your code accordingly.

(3/3/08) MP2.2 test cases have been updated to follow the handout. Check web board for important MP2.2 clarification!

(2/28/08) The checkouts will take place in 267 EL. There will be a decent time crunch during the process so do not be late.

(2/28/08) The signup page for TA checkouts is up. Choose Week 7 and choose a time slot. You must sign up for a slot by Sunday. Please note that the number of slots is limited and people with tight schedules need to choose one immediately.

(2/27/08) Handin is working properly. If you are having any problems make sure the command you are using is "handin --MP 2.1 mp2.1.asm". If this does not resolve the issue, please e-mail your TA.

(2/25/08) MP2 test cases have been updated to use upper case characters.

(2/25/08) Drawing flow charts will be no longer painful. Check out the newest flow chart decomposition tool written by Prof. Lumetta.

(2/16/08) HKN review session will be held on Monday Feb 18th 5-7pm in 165 Everitt Lab. TA office hours at that time will be combined to the review session. Please plan to attend.

(2/7/08) A step-by-step example of the lc3 instruction cycle has been posted under handouts in both ppt and pdf format.

(2/6/08) The office hour schedule has been updated to increase coverage during the MPs and is effective this Friday. Please note that there are no office hours on Wednesday evenings to encourage students to work early.
