General Announcements

• 03/24/2008 - The Final Exam will be held on Friday, May 2nd from 8:00AM till 11:00AM in room 103 of the Transportation Building (same building as class, different room). [NEW]
• 03/24/2008 - Deadlines for MP3 CP2 and CP3 have been moved to Wednesday, April 2nd and April 16th, respectively.
• 03/22/2008 - There will be no section this week. Instead we will be hosting a joint review session (see post below). Also, watch the Web Board next week for some MP3 hints.
• 03/19/2008 - A topics guide and study questions for Exam II have been posted.
• 03/19/2008 - We will be holding a review session for Exam II on Tuesday, March 25th from 7-9pm in room 106B8 of Engineering Hall.
• 03/19/2008 - EXAM II is scheduled for Thursday, March 27th at 10:30am in room B02 of the Coordinated Sciences Laboratory (same as last time).
• 03/05/2008 - Due to my Prof. Kalbarczyk's travel, the next ECE391 lecture (Tuesday, March 11) will be given by Prof. Matt Frank. He is going to talk about disk drives.
• 03/05/2008 - The due date for MP3 Checkpoint 1 has been pushed back to Wednesday, March 12.
• 03/04/2008 - On Thursday, March 6, the last 30 minutes (11:15 to 11:45) of the class will be dedicated to MP3 Team Meeting. You will have a chance to: (i) meet as a team, (ii) discuss potential schedule for future team meetings, (iii) meet with TAs.
• 02/25/2008 - Proposal for the teams for the Final Projects are due Thursday, February 28. Two options to provide the list of potential team members: (1) Written form in class (2) Via email to kalbarcz@uiuc.edu.
• 02/22/2008 - The handin requirements and grading rubric for MP2 have changed slightly. See the web board for details.
• 02/18/2008 - There will be a Subversion (svn) tutorial from 7pm-8pm on Wednesday, February 20th in the lab. See the web board for details.
• 02/11/2008 - MP 2 is available. Note there are two parts.
• 02/11/2008 - Review session 163 EL 6-8pm.
• 02/10/2008 - There will be no discussion sections this week. We will be holding a joint review session tomorrow (Monday, February 11th) from 6-8pm. We are awaiting confirmation on a room reservation. We will post the room number here as soon as we receive it.
