Homework and Quizzes 30% of total

Midterm Exams 40% of total

Final Exam 30% of total

Homework Policy

Homework will be assigned on Friday due beginning of class the following Friday. Homework may be handed in immediately after lecture without penalty. Late homework will not be accepted. Homework solutions will be posted on the class web page by 5 pm on Friday. Homework is to be the student’s own work, not a collaborative or plagiarized work. However, students are permitted and encouraged to help one another by engaging in discussion of course material and approaches to solving the homework problems. Homework solutions will be posted on the course web-page.Unclaimed graded homeworks will be discarded three weeks after the due date.
