Programming Your BasicX-24


Loading Programs
Downloading and executing the code is rather self explainatory.
  • Start up the BasicX Development programs.
    • Start => Programs => BasicX 2.00 => Basic 2.00
  • Check if the development software is working with the right microprocessor: Click on the "Processor" menu and a window will open allowing you to select the microprocessor.
  • Execute Code
    • With Code already compiled
      • Download the Program onto the BX-24: Click the "Download Program" Button.
      • Execute the Program: Click the "Execute" Button.
    • With Code yet to be written and compiled.
      • To edit and compile code: Click the "Open Editor" Button.
      • Write your code.
      • Compile and Run: Navigate to "Compile" => Compile and run.
